April 28, 2026 Part-Time On-site Locations Showing 1 location Woodsville, NH 03785, USA Job Details Description Cottage Hospital, located in the scenic White Mountains region of New Hampshire, is seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible General Surgeon to join our dedicated and collaborative team. You will practice in a shared solo model alongside one other General Surgeon, offering both independence and partnership. During your on week, you'll manage a balanced mix of clinic, OR block time, and call responsibilities. The hospital provides a highly supportive environment, including a strong anesthesia team and collaborative Emergency Department physicians. Trauma demands are minimal, and most call-back occurs during daytime hours, allowing for a sustainable and manageable workflow.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide comprehensive general surgical care in both inpatient and outpatient settings Perform a variety of procedures, including endoscopy Manage ICU patients as needed Collaborate closely with anesthesia, ED providers, and hospital staff This role is ideal for a surgeon seeking clinical autonomy, a strong support system, and an exceptional lifestyle balance in a close-knit hospital setting. Qualifications Experience Required Duties and Qualifications

• New Hampshire licensed or ability to obtain
• Board certified or board eligible
• Experienced physician preferred
