Position Overview Compass of Hope is seeking a collaborative, responsive, and clinically grounded Psychiatrist (MD/DO) to provide supervisory support for our psychiatric Physician Assistant(s). This is a part-time, low-hour commitment role ideal for a physician looking to stay engaged in clinical oversight while maintaining flexibility. This position focuses on clinical collaboration, consultation, and quality oversight--not high administrative burden. You will play a key role in supporting safe, effective psychiatric care while contributing to the growth of an innovative and mission-driven mental health agency. Role & Responsibilities Serve as the collaborating/supervising physician for 1-2 psychiatric PA(s) in accordance with state regulations Provide clinical consultation and guidance as needed for patient care Participate in regular case reviews and collaboration check-ins Conduct periodic chart reviews to ensure quality and compliance Be available for reasonable clinical support and risk consultation Support best practices in psychiatric medication management Optional involvement in Spravato/ketamine treatment program oversight and development and other opportunities
