This position is responsible for outpatient direct patient care and the coordination of care for patients at the community hospitals. The program offers comprehensive nephrology services including the management of acute kidney injury, chronic kidney disease, hypertension, glomerulonephritis, acute dialysis, chronic dialysis, home dialysis therapies, continuous renal replacement therapy, and renal transplantation. The successful candidate should have strong communication skills and be experienced in coordinating patient care with hospitalists, radiologists, pathologists, and other subspecialists. - Graduate of an accredited APRN or PA academic program
- National specialty certification as FNP, PNP, Acute or Primary Care A-GNP, WHNP or certification through the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA)
- Eligible for RN licensure in the State of NH (APRN only)
- Eligible for APRN or PA licensure in the State of NH
- Eligible for Federal DEA Registration
