Job Description

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Psychiatrist (MD or DO) to join our well-established behavioral health team in Littleton, New Hampshire. This role offers flexibility for either full-time or part-time employment and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in a community-focused setting. You'll work alongside a multidisciplinary team committed to delivering high-quality mental health services across the region.
Position Highlights:
Provide psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and treatment planning for a diverse patient population Collaborate with psychologists, therapists, primary care providers, and support staff Participate in care coordination and interdisciplinary case reviews Flexible scheduling options to support work-life balance Supportive, collegial work environment
Compensation & Benefits:
Competitive salary range: $225,000 - $300,000, depending on experience Comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance Retirement plan with employer contribution Generous paid time off and CME allowance Malpractice insurance provided
Requirements:
MD or DO with active or eligible medical license in New Hampshire Board-certified or board-eligible in Psychiatry Experience preferred, but new graduates are encouraged to apply Strong clinical, communication, and interpersonal skills Passion for delivering patient-centered, team-based care
