Overview New London Hospital Family Medicine Physician New London Hospital is seeking an experienced and energetic BC/BE Family Medicine Physician to join our Primary Care practice. The ideal candidate will be comfortable providing acute and preventive care as well as chronic disease management for patients of all ages in a growing primary care practice. In addition, the candidate will seek the opportunity to build strong relationships with their colleagues and patients and provide continuous and comprehensive care to each patient. The candidate will be fully supported by experienced nurses, medical assistants and care coordinators to provide team-based care that is grounded by evidence-based best practices. This practice provides comprehensive care and is deeply rooted in the local community. Located at the recently renovated main campus of New London Hospital, this practice has seamless access to the hospital campus and its specialty services. In 2013, New London Hospital became a Dartmouth-Hitchcock Health affiliate. New London Hospital is also a member of the New England Alliance for Health (NEAH).
