POSITION SUMMARY
: AtlantiCare is advancing a high-impact operating structure designed to support advanced neurosciences care across the region. This is a rare, ground-floor opportunity to help shape a modern, integrated care model, expanding access, driving clinical innovation, and building the infrastructure for long-term growth across the neurosciences continuum. Full Continuum of Care:
Help design and grow an integrated neurology and neurosurgery network that spans acute care, inpatient consultative services, stroke systems, neurocritical care, tele-neurology, ambulatory neurology, and subspecialty outpatient programs.Flexible Practice Model:
Opportunities are available for candidates interested in acute care/inpatient-focused practice, outpatient clinic-based neurology, or a blended model that combines hospital-based care, ambulatory practice, and subspecialty development.Operating Partnership:

General Neurology and Subspecialty Opportunities We welcome neurologists at all stages of specialization - from general neurologists seeking a diverse, balanced practice to fellowship-trained subspecialists eager to lead program development. Practice locations may include Egg Harbor Township, Atlantic City, Hammonton, Manahawkin, Cape May, or other regional sites based on candidate interests, community need, and the continued growth of the Neurosciences Service Line. As the network expands, provider placement will be thoughtfully aligned with patient access, program development, and the overall care model. We welcome candidates who are excited to be part of a growing regional neuroscience program and who value the opportunity to help shape where, how, and across which settings care is delivered.QUALIFICATIONS
- MD or DO, Board Certified or Board Eligible in Neurology.
- Fellowship training in one of the target subspecialties is highly desirable
- Eligible for or willing to obtain a New Jersey medical license.
- A visionary mindset, strong collaboration skills, and enthusiasm for grassroots
- program development.
