This contract position is on-site and offers a unique opportunity to provide high-quality urological care in a supportive environment. In this role, you will contribute to our mission of delivering exceptional patient care through direct clinical practice. You will work alongside a team of experienced healthcare professionals, focusing on patient assessments, treatment planning, and surgical procedures related to urology. Your expertise will be vital in ensuring that our patients receive the best possible outcomes. Responsibilities Conduct thorough patient evaluations and medical histories Diagnose and treat urological conditions Perform urological surgeries as required Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care Educate patients and their families about urological health Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records Stay current with advancements in urology and medical practices Participate in quality improvement initiatives within the practice Requirements MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school Valid medical license to practice in the state of New Jersey Board certification or eligibility in Urology Strong clinical skills and a commitment to patient care Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment Prior experience in a clinical setting is preferred Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems is a plus
Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 8-hour shifts
Call:
Rotating off-site weekday and weekend beeper call

Outpatient Patient Population:
Adults EMR:
Epic Must be board-certified Paid travel & expenses
