Division Director ai Otorhinolaryngology (ENT) ai Southeastern New Jersey Egg Harbor Township Position Overview FT, permanent position Seeking a visionary Division Director of Otorhinolaryngology (ENT) to lead its expanding ENT team, in partnership with Drexel University and The Cleveland Clinic . This is a leadership role overseeing clinical, academic, and administrative operations, while delivering high-quality patient care and mentoring a team of surgeons and advanced practice providers. Key Responsibilities Provide strategic leadership for the ENT division in alignment with Vision 2030 goals Oversee clinical, academic, and administrative operations for the ENT department Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care with a focus on minimally invasive and robotic surgery (5 Da Vinci Xi platforms available) Collaborate across departments for interdisciplinary cancer care with The Cleveland Clinic Lead and mentor 4 board-certified ENT surgeons and 2 advanced practice providers Drive innovation in clinical practice and surgical techniques Develop research and educational initiatives in partnership with Drexel University Participate in a shared call schedule (1:4) , including weekends and 24-hour coverage supported by APPs and hospitalists Engage in community outreach and workforce development initiatives Requirements Board Eligible or Board Certified in ENT (no new grads; prior clinical experience required) Active and unrestricted NJ medical license (or eligible to obtain before start) Valid BLS and
ACLS DEA
