Up to $500k with Partnership Opportunity Job description: As Town PT continues to grow, we are excited to expand our services with the launch of Town MD. We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Internal Medicine Physician to lead and oversee our new clinic. The ideal candidate is a compassionate and skilled physician with strong clinical expertise in adult medicine and a commitment to delivering exceptional patient care. This role involves diagnosing and managing a broad range of medical conditions, developing personalized treatment plans, and collaborating closely with a multidisciplinary healthcare team. The physician will play a key role in shaping the future of Town MD while helping improve patient outcomes through high-quality, evidence-based care. Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive physical examinations and detailed patient assessments to identify health concerns. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on clinical evaluations and patient needs. Manage chronic diseases and acute illnesses, ensuring continuity of care through follow-up appointments. Utilize Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems to document patient interactions and maintain accurate medical records. Collaborate with specialists in areas such as cardiology, endocrinology, and gastroenterology to provide integrated care. Perform diagnostic procedures, including but not limited to catheterization and medical imaging evaluations. Educate patients on preventive care, health management strategies, and lifestyle modifications to promote overall wellness. Participate in clinical research initiatives aimed at advancing medical knowledge and improving patient care practices. Requirements Medical degree from an accredited institution with board certification in Internal Medicine. Proven experience in a clinical setting with a strong focus on inpatient and outpatient care. Proficiency in EHR systems, particularly Epic, along with familiarity with EMR systems for effective patient management. Strong knowledge of medical terminology, diagnostic procedures, and treatment modalities across various specialties including psychiatry, dermatology, and critical care. Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare professionals. Ability to perform essential procedures such as suturing, IV infusion, airway management, and wound care. Commitment to adhering to HIPAA regulations and maintaining patient confidentiality at all times. Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team environment while providing exceptional patient service.
