12•3 Key Responsibilities Conduct thorough pediatric patient assessments and physical examinations Diagnose and manage acute and chronic pediatric conditions Develop and implement individualized treatment plans with appropriate follow-up care Prescribe and administer therapies in accordance with clinical guidelines Promote wellness and preventive health strategies for pediatric populations Participate in quality improvement initiatives and clinical best practices Deliver compassionate, family-centered care while fostering trust and rapport Qualifications Medical Doctor (MD) degree from an accredited medical school Board Certified in Pediatric Medicine Active and unrestricted medical license Demonstrated experience in pediatric care Proficiency with Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems Ability to work collaboratively within a healthcare team Skills & Competencies Pediatric assessment and clinical decision-making Patient and family education Care coordination and collaboration Time management and documentation accuracy Strong interpersonal and communication abilities For further information, you can contact OR (469) 960-6244 #INDPRO
