New Jersey About the Opportunity A well-established, multi-site Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) in New Jersey is seeking a Board-Certified / Board-Eligible Internal Medicine Physician to join its growing team. This organization delivers high-quality, accessible care to a diverse and underserved patient population , supported by a robust clinical infrastructure that allows physicians to focus on patient care rather than administrative burden. The practice operates within a fully integrated care model , offering access to primary care, behavioral health, dental, specialty services, pharmacy, and diagnostics—all coordinated under one system to improve outcomes and efficiency.
