Based in Livingston, NJ, we serve patients across Essex County and surrounding areas. Role Overview We're seeking a dedicated and empathetic Primary Care Physician to join our growing team. This role is ideal for a provider who values autonomy, flexibility, and meaningful patient relationships. You'll provide routine and preventive care, manage chronic conditions, and coordinate with other healthcare professionals-all while working outside the traditional clinic setting.
