Board Eligible Licenses:
Active NJ License Certifications:
BLS, ACLS

Other Qualifications:
Local provider required; must provide self-query NPDB within 30 days Duties & Responsibilities Provide primary care to adult and geriatric patients in an outpatient setting. Perform EKG interpretations and manage acute volume/blood pressure issues. Conduct employment physicals and disability exams. Collaborate with other physicians and mid-level providers. Document patient encounters in Athena EMR.
