Job description OB/GYN Physician Locum Tenens | New Jersey Palm Health Resources is hiring an experienced Board-Certified OB/GYN Physician for a hospital-based locum assignment in Northern New Jersey. This is an excellent opportunity to join a respected womens health team and provide quality care in a busy, teaching-oriented environment.

Inpatient Labor & Delivery /

OB/NICU Department Start Date:

January 1, 2026

End Date:

September 1, 2026

Schedule:

Two 12-hour night shifts per week (Monday & Thursday, 7PM7AM)

Hours:

24 hours per week No call responsibilities

Average Volume:

35 deliveries per shift, 01 Cesarean per shift

Procedures:

Vaginal and Cesarean deliveries,

D&C, Laparoscopy, Laparotomy Team Support:

3 residents and 1 midwife

EMR:

Epic Requirements:

Board Certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology Active New Jersey Medical License (required) Recent hospital-based labor & delivery experience Proficiency in obstetric and gynecologic surgical procedures Comfortable working in a teaching hospital environment
