Schedule:

• 5p Monday
• Friday; 2 clinic sessions per day Monday
• Friday for total of 10 sessions per week

Practice Setting:

Outpatient clinic visits, inpatient

• Type of cases and required procedures: neurology consults and possibly code stroke responding physician
• Credentialing timeframe: 60-90 days
• Electronic Medical Record (EMR): EPIC
• Certifications required: Board Certified and Basic Life Support
