Job Description

Position:
Pain Management Physician Office Locations:
North Bergen, NJ; Paramus, NJ; Livingston, NJ;
Hartsdale, NY Surgical Center:
Carlstadt, NJ Key Responsibilities:
Patient Evaluation & Diagnosis:
Evaluate and diagnose patients with pain-related conditions through detailed history, physical examination, and diagnostic testing
Treatment Planning:
Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient diagnosis, lifestyle, and overall health
Surgical Procedures:
Perform a wide range of procedures, including but not limited to repairs, arthroscopic surgeries, and spinal surgeries. Utilizing minimally invasive techniques when possible to reduce recovery times and complications.
Patient Rehabilitation:
Work closely with therapists and other healthcare professionals to guide the rehabilitation process post-surgery or injury.
Team Collaboration :
Contribute positively to a respectful and supportive work environment.
Documentation:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation for all patient interactions and treatments. Reviews interdisciplinary team documentation to ensure alignment with the care plan. While standard office hours are 9 a.m. to 7 p.m., employees may occasionally be required to work outside these hours depending on surgical schedule. May require occasional travel between practice locations.
Qualifications:
Education:
Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree from an accredited medical school. Strong knowledge of interventional pain procedures, pharmacologic management, and regulatory requirements.
Licensing and Certification:
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Anesthesiology, Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation, or Neurology with fellowship training in Pain Medicine. Valid state medical license and DEA registration.
Skills and Experience:
2+ years of experience in a clinical pain management setting. Prior experience in outpatient or ambulatory practice preferred. Commitment to compassionate, patient-centered care Why Join Us?
