Job Description

Position Overview We are seeking a Primary Care Physician (Family Medicine or Internal Medicine) for a unique opportunity in a concierge-style outpatient practice. This role offers the ability to practice high-quality, patient-centered medicine with a reduced patient panel and a strong focus on prevention, wellness, and long-term relationships. This is an ideal opportunity for physicians looking to move away from high-volume settings and into a more sustainable model, with partnership potential. Clinical Responsibilities Manage an established primary care patient panel Perform routine exams, diagnostics, and preventive screenings Diagnose and treat acute and chronic conditions Develop individualized care plans focused on prevention and wellness Provide patient education and lifestyle counseling Participate in a shared 24/7 on-call rotation Practice Highlights Concierge medicine model with lower patient volume Patient panel size approximately patients Longer appointments for enhanced patient interaction Advanced annual wellness exams and preventive screenings Strong collaboration with physician peers and referral network Focus on quality care over quantity Schedule & Work-Life Balance Monday Friday schedule with predictable daytime hours Reduced administrative burden compared to traditional models Ability to complete documentation during clinic hours Requirements MD or DO from an accredited medical school Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Active New Mexico medical license Clean licensure history strongly preferred Minimum 3 5 years of experience (8 10 years preferred) Interest in long-term role with partnership track Additional Details Onboarding timeline: approximately 1 month Established patient panel provided
