Job Description

Lead a growing Medical Imaging department as a Radiology Director while continuing hands-on patient care in a collaborative hospital setting near Gallup, NM.
Salary:
$133,000 - $166,000
Annually Radiology Director Opportunity:
$5,000 Sign-On Bonus Housing Available on Campus Full-Time Permanent Position Monday-Friday Schedule The Radiology Director will lead and oversee the Medical Imaging department, including CT, X-ray, Mammography, and Ultrasound services Serve as a working director by providing direct patient care while managing daily departmental operations Ensure quality assurance, regulatory compliance, staff development, and efficient workflow throughout the department Collaborate with physicians, hospital leadership, and interdisciplinary teams to deliver exceptional patient care
Radiology Director Qualifications:
ARRT Certification in Radiography (R) and Computed Tomography (CT) required Arizona Certified Radiologic Technologist (CRT) and CT Technologist license required Radiology Director must have a minimum of two (2) years of Radiology experience Current BLS Certification required Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred, with strong organizational and communication skills
