Covenant Medical Group is seeking a full-time OB/GYN physician to provide inpatient and outpatient care at its welcoming facility in Hobbs, New Mexico. This is a great opportunity to become part of and grow with a dedicated and collegial group of providers at a new hospital while building your own patient panel. Help serve a medically diverse patient population in Hobbs, a small, tight-knit community, while enjoying a healthy work-life balance in the beautiful Southwest. You will be joining our experiences, collegial, collaborative women's health team that includes OB/GYN physician, Certified Nurse Midwife, and Nurse Practitioner. Covenant Health Hobbs Hospital boasts 8fully equipped L&D rooms, up to 26 private OB/GYN suites, 1 suite for cesarean sections (with 4 additional surgery suites available), and a fully equipped nursery to care for premature babies, with connections to regional neonatal intensive care units for specialized care if needed. We boast couplet care, high-tech security, 24/7 monitoring for mother and baby. This position includes competitive benefits package:

• Full-time, 3-year employment agreement terns, year 1&2 guaranteed salary with year 3 on RVU productivity model with base and quarterly RVU above threshold payments
• Inpatient and outpatient care
• CME days and funds (annual allowance of $4500) with additional reimbursement for state license, DEA, and 2 specialty dues

We offer the best outpatient services through our laboratory, medical imaging, rehabilitation therapy, respiratory therapy, surgical services, and emergency department. Hobbs Hospital is proud to be the area's only Joint Commission accredited hospital. Covenant Health Hobbs delivered 500 babies in 2025. EMR is EPIC. High risk deliveries and deliveries under 35 weeks are transferred to Covenant Children's in Lubbock, Texas. Covenant Children's is Level 4 NICU and Maternal Fetal designation with MFM physician, and flight transport team.
