About The Group:
Non-profit, FQHC providing medical, behavioral health, community outreach, diabetes education and pharmacy services for over 25 years Proud to offer gender equity medicine, syringe exchange, HIV/Hep C treatment, testing and other services within their community Onsite care team includes Physicians, Nurse Practitioners, Clinical Pharmacists, Behavior Health Clinicians, Case Managers, RN Clinic Managers, RNs, Medical Assistants, and Diabetes Educators Inclusive We Care culture About the role: M-F, 8am-5pm, call 4 times a month Primary Care services also include HIV, Hep B, Hormone Injections for transgender patients and suboxone distribution Nurse Practitioner will see all ages
Background Desired:
3-5 years of experience in a primary care and HIV preferred Unencumbered NM license or eligible for state licensure at time of application About the area: Rich cultural and historical diversity. 310 days of sunshine, combined with a mild, dry climate and four distinct seasons!
