Fallon, NV Opportunity Overview Surgical Affiliates Management Group (SAMGI) is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Orthopedic Surgeon to join our program at Banner Churchill Community Hospital in Fallon, Nevada. Program Highlights Two-Surgeon Model:

Each surgeon works ~183 days/year 24/7/365 ED Ortho Call Coverage Daily Onsite Weekday Coverage (M-F): Clinic, hospital, and

OR Clinic Duties Include:

Elective ortho, follow-ups, and outpatient consults

Target Volume:

150 acute + 150 elective = 300 total cases in year one No APPs required - direct surgeon-delivered care Hospital Snapshot Banner Churchill Community Hospital 25-bed rural facility with a tight-knit, patient-centered environment 4-bed Medical
