Permanent, full-time position Private practice setting with a personal injury focus Seeking a board certified or board eligible Interventional Pain Management Physician Acceptable backgrounds include Anesthesiology, PM&R, or Neurology (EMG experience is a plus) Fellowship training in Pain Management required New graduates encouraged to apply Practice has fouroffice locations; physicians primarily work out of one office Referral sources include surgeons, medical professionals, and attorneys Patient population is exclusively personal injury cases Supported by APPs, medical assistants, and full clinic staff Physician will supervise APPs and serve as the primary physician at assigned location

custom proprietary system designed to be user-friendly Procedures include a full spectrum of interventional pain management techniques currently utilized in practice Physician owner is highly motivated to train the right individual Smooth practice structure - great administrative staff Procedures performed include: Epidural steroid injections Radiofrequency ablations (RFAs) Spinal cord stimulators Sympathetic blocks including stellate ganglion blocks Cervical and lumbar discograms Biacuplasty Stem cell injections Peripheral nerve stimulators Additional advanced interventional pain procedures Practice is seeking physicians who can safely and independently perform procedures based on their level of training and experience Compensation and autonomy will be tailored to the physician's experience level and procedural independence Allow RecruitWell to set up a phone call with you and the client to discuss more!

Compensation & Benefits:

Starting salary ranges approximately from $325,000 to $500,000 depending on experience, board certification status, and ability to practice independently The right candidate should easily approach $1,000,000 annually with no buy-in within 3 years Physicians just out of fellowship/training without board certification may start toward the lower end of the compensation range Experienced physicians requiring minimal supervision may qualify for higher starting compensation Very generous quarterly bonus structure Quarterly bonuses may range from approximately $10,000 to $50,000 based on productivity and performance Health insurance included Long-term growth opportunities within the organization Stable and expanding practice environment
