Description Are you an experienced Family Medicine physician seeking a meaningful opportunity to transform lives? Key Responsibilities:
Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care to individuals and families across all age groups. Address health disparities, including chronic illnesses, substance use disorders, and mental health challenges. Collaborate with behavioral health professionals, traditional healers, and community health workers to provide holistic care. Participate in public health efforts and health education initiatives tailored to the community's needs. Engage in leadership opportunities to enhance healthcare delivery and community well-being.
Qualifications:
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine. Active medical license or eligibility to obtain licensure in New York State. Experience working in rural or underserved settings is highly desirable. Commitment to cultural competency and a willingness to learn about the traditions and values of the Tonawanda Seneca Nation. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a collaborative mindset. PAY RANGE
$200,000.00•$250,000.00 The listed base pay range is a good faith representation of current potential base pay for successful applicants. It may be modified in the future. Pay is determined by factors including experience, clinical licensure date, relevant qualifications, specialty, internal equity, location, and contracts.
