Job Overview We are seeking a Spanish-speaking Family Medicine Physician or Pediatrician to join a growing outpatient practice in Astoria, Queens , serving a diverse and predominantly Spanish-speaking community. This role is focused on high-quality, relationship-based outpatient care in a supportive clinical environment. The ideal candidate is passionate about culturally competent medicine and enjoys working with families across all ages. This is a part-time position (3 days per week, 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM) . Duties Provide comprehensive outpatient care for children and/or families Conduct patient visits including history taking, physical exams, diagnosis, and treatment planning Manage acute and chronic conditions in an outpatient setting Provide preventive care, health education, and counseling to patients and families Maintain accurate documentation in the electronic medical record (EMR) system Collaborate with clinical staff to ensure high-quality, coordinated patient care Communicate effectively with Spanish-speaking patients and families Refer to specialists when appropriate and coordinate continuity of care Qualifications Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Pediatrics Fluent Spanish required (spoken medical Spanish proficiency essential) Active or eligible New York State medical license Strong interest in outpatient primary care and community health Excellent communication and patient-centered care skills Experience working with diverse and underserved populations is a plus Ideal Candidate We are looking for a physician who: Enjoys building long-term relationships with patients Values culturally sensitive, community-based care Is comfortable practicing in a bilingual (Spanish/English) environment Prefers a balanced schedule with strong work-life structure Schedule & Location 3 days per week 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM Astoria, Queens, NY Why Join Us Strong Spanish-speaking patient population Supportive outpatient clinical environment Meaningful opportunity to serve a growing community Stable, predictable schedule (no hospital call requirements in this role) How to Apply Please submit your CV and a brief introduction
