Job Description

Position Overview We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Ophthalmologist to join our growing practice. The ideal candidate will provide medical and surgical eye care services, diagnose and treat ocular conditions, and deliver exceptional patient-centered care. Key Responsibilities Perform comprehensive eye examinations and vision assessments Diagnose and treat ocular diseases and injuries Prescribe medications, corrective lenses, and treatment plans Perform surgical procedures (e.g., cataract surgery, glaucoma procedures, LASIK, etc.) Collaborate with optometrists and other healthcare professionals Maintain accurate patient records and documentation Stay current with advancements in ophthalmology and best practices Qualifications Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) Completion of an accredited Ophthalmology Residency Program Board Certified or Board Eligible in Ophthalmology Active medical license in [State] (or eligible for licensure) Strong surgical and diagnostic skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Preferred Qualifications Fellowship training in subspecialties (e.g., Retina, Cornea, Glaucoma, Pediatric Ophthalmology) Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) systems Multilingual abilities Compensation & Benefits Competitive base salary with productivity incentives Health, dental, and vision insurance Retirement plan with matching contributions CME allowance and paid time off Malpractice insurance coverage
Compensation:
$425,000.00 - 450,000.00
