Full-Time Monday Friday Day Schedule We are seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Internal Medicine or Family Medicine Physician to join a well-established multi-specialty private practice in Western New York. This outpatient-only opportunity offers strong clinical support, collaborative care, flexible scheduling, and an excellent work-life balance within a growing primary care team Position Highlights

• After-hours call rotation Responsibilities
• Provide comprehensive outpatient care for adult patients
• Develop individualized treatment and care plans
• Maintain accurate EMR documentation
• Coordinate referrals and continuity of care
• Communicate test results and follow-up recommendations
• Collaborate with physicians, APPs, and clinical staff Qualifications
• MD or DO from an accredited medical school
• Active New York medical license
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
