A progressive 192-bed hospital in the scenic Hudson Valley is seeking a full-time Urologist to join a collegial team, just 2 hours north of NYC and 45 minutes south of Albany. This opportunity allows you to practice both outpatient and inpatient Urology while enjoying excellent work-life balance and a supportive environment.

2 Urologists, supported by nursing, administrative staff, and an onsite office manager

Schedule:

Negotiable; light call (1:3), with weekend rounding and emergency coverage only

Responsibilities:

Evaluate, diagnose, and manage urologic conditions in both outpatient and inpatient settings Provide surgical and procedural care as clinically indicated Collaborate with primary care and multispecialty teams to coordinate patient care Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to practice growth

Compensation & Benefits:

Hospital-employed position with guaranteed base salary plus productivity incentives Compensation range: $394,230 " $599,289, based on experience Comprehensive benefits including occurrence malpractice coverage, health insurance, CME/professional dues, paid time off, disability coverage, retirement plans, and relocation assistance
