Required Skills and Experience:
Proficient with Interventional Radiology (IR) procedures and equipment Demonstrated experience with neurointerventional imaging highly preferred Understanding of safety and radiation protocols Ability to instruct students, residents, and new team members as required Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills Knowledge of medical coding for IR services a plus
Key Responsibilities:
Provide technical and clinical support for a broad range of IR and neurointerventional procedures (e.g., angiography, vertebroplasty, embolizations, coilings) Operate advanced imaging equipment following established protocols Ensure compliance with radiation safety standards and best clinical practices Perform preceptor and quality assurance duties as needed Manage supplies and maintain accurate procedural documentation Support patient and hospital confidentiality at all times
