We are a growing, patient-centered primary care practice with multiple locations in the Hudson Valley including — Maybrook, NY and New Windsor, NY — seeking a dedicated and motivated Physician Assistant to join our team. What You'll Do Provide comprehensive primary care services to a diverse adult patient population Perform routine and preventive care, chronic disease management, acute illness evaluation, and health screenings Order and interpret diagnostic tests, prescribe medications, and develop individualized treatment plans Collaborate with the supervising physician and care team to deliver evidence-based, coordinated care Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the EMR Split time between our Maybrook and New Windsor office locations Schedule Full-Time or Part-Time positions available — we will work with the right candidate One required late evening per week (schedule flexibility surrounding this shift) Enjoy a predictable, balanced schedule designed to support work-life harmony No hospital rounding or hospital on-call requirements What We're Looking For Current NY State licensure as a Physician Assistant (PA) Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a primary care or family medicine setting Strong clinical assessment, diagnostic, and patient communication skills Comfortable working independently while collaborating within a team-based model Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply Compensation & Benefits Competitive salary commensurate with experience Health, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off (PTO) and paid holidays Malpractice/liability insurance coverage CME allowance and paid CME days Retirement plan (401k with employer contribution) License and DEA renewal reimbursement Supportive, collegial work environment with an established patient base Why Join Us?
