Weekday Psychiatrist Role Consultation-Liaison | Hospital employed 20 miles from NYC

Westchester, NY (Physician/MD qualifications required) Psychiatry (General) - Hospital located just 20 miles from Manhattan, invites applications for a Part-Time Consultation-Liaison Psychiatrist. This role provides an excellent opportunity to work in a dynamic hospital setting without the demands of evening, weekend, or on-call shifts.

Role Overview:

Schedule:

Three set weekdays per week (8-hour shifts), with a preference for Mondays plus two other days.

Clinical Focus:

Provide psychiatric assessments and interventions for hospitalized patients and those in the emergency department, working closely with a team of two experienced attending psychiatrists.

Anticipated Start:

Ideal onboarding between July and August 2025.

Candidate Requirements:

Current certification in Adult Psychiatry. Advanced training or certification in Consultation-Liaison Psychiatry is required. Must hold or be eligible for a New York State medical license.
