Description Rochester Regional Health is seeking a Geriatric Physician to join our Eastern Region team, providing diverse Geriatric Care in our ElderONE (PACE) program, and Skilled Nursing Facilities (Clifton Springs Nursing Home & DeMay Living Center) . This role also offers exciting teaching opportunities with fellows and medical students.

Position Highlights Comprehensive Care:

Deliver patient-centered care for older adults, focusing on preventive care, chronic disease management, and complex medical needs.

Teaching:

Mentor Geriatric Fellows and medical students, contributing to their clinical development.

Collaborative Teamwork:

PAY RANGE

$250,000.00•$300,000.00 The listed base pay range is a good faith representation of current potential base pay for successful applicants. It may be modified in the future. Pay is determined by factors including experience, clinical licensure date, relevant qualifications, specialty, internal equity, location, and contracts.
