Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams to deliver comprehensive patient care. Document clinical evaluations and interventions accurately within medical records. Maintain compliance with hospital protocols, safety procedures, and federal/state regulations. Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care processes.

Required Skills:

Valid and unrestricted medical license in the applicable state. Board certification or eligibility in Emergency Medicine. Strong clinical decision-making and problem-solving skills. Have Skills:

Experience with trauma and critical care. Prior work in a Level I or Level II trauma center. Bilingual abilities to serve diverse patient populations. familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems.

Preferred Education and Experience:

Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution. Minimum of 2 years of emergency medicine practice or internship experience. Certification in Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) and Advanced Trauma Life Support (ATLS).

Other Requirements:

Availability to work night shifts, specifically 3x12-hour shifts from 19:00 to 07:00. Willingness to travel or relocate as needed. Commitment to ongoing professional development and certification renewals.
