Job Description

We are hiring 3 Full Time providers for the following locations:

BrooklynHarlem/BronxQueens/Long IslandResponsibilitiesProvide high-quality Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation (PM&R) care to a high-volume patient base across specialized private practice locations.

Evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients with musculoskeletal injuries, with a heavy emphasis on personal injury, workers' compensation, and no-fault cases (e.g., shoulder, rotator cuff, knee, and joint injuries).Formulate precise, highly detailed clinical documentation and treatment plans that serve as legally robust records for workers' comp boards, insurance reviews, and legal proceedings.

Collaborate closely with internal and external specialists, including Orthopedic Surgeons and Radiologists, to ensure seamless continuity of care.

Conduct safe, efficient patient volumes ranging from 30 to 40 patients perday.

Required SkillsActive New York State Medical License (MD/DO).Active New York State Workers' Compensation Board (WCB) Rating Number (or an immediate willingness and eligibility to obtain one within 1–2 months; reactivations for expired numbers take ~1 week).Demonstrated experience handling Workers' Compensation and No-Fault cases.

Strong clinical proficiency in assessing musculoskeletal (MSK) conditions and joint injuries.

Exceptional, legally defensible medical documentation and reporting skills.

PreferredSkillsBoard Certification in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation (Board Eligible candidates are acceptable, provided they have a strong track record and long-term commitment).2+ years of post-residency/fellowship clinical experience in a high-volume private practice or ambulatory surgery center (ASC) setting.

Academic clinical experience (e.g., past experience as an Associate Professor).Dual specialty or familiarity with Pain Management protocols (

One designated facility/location per day (no mid-day split traveling between boroughs).Schedules and location assignments are released in advance to ensure predictability.
