• Located in Schenectady, NY - Albany 20m We are seeking a full time Outpatient Child & Adolescent Psychiatrist in Schenectady, NY, with a clinical focus on both adult and child/adolescent populations.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a well established outpatient psychiatry program that has supported the community for more than 50 years and offers strong system resources within a collaborative, team based environment.

• Psychiatry Program provides comprehensive behavioral health services for adults, children, and adolescents, delivering high quality, patient centered care across the continuum.
• Provide outpatient psychiatric care for adult and child/adolescent patients at the Outpatient Mental Health Clinic
• Monday-Friday schedule with 8 hour shifts
• No inpatient responsibilities

Call Rotation:

1 weekend per month

Nights:

Rotating call

• Qualifications
• MD or DO
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Psychiatry and Child/Adolescent Psychiatry
• New York State licensure and DEA required (or eligibility)
• Prior outpatient experience preferred; new graduates are encouraged to apply
• Strong clinical skills, communication skills, and commitment to team based care

• Compensation is between $318,449 and $354,957 commensurate with experience with the ability to earn more through a generous quality incentive
• Relocation assistance is available.
