  • Full-time Internal Medicine or Family Medicine Physician – Connecticut A large, integrated nonprofit health system in Connecticut is seeking BC/BE Internal Medicine or Family Medicine Physicians to join its growing primary care team.
Multiple locations available throughout the state. Position Highlights 100% outpatient primary care Adults-only patient population (18+) Monday–Friday schedule with optional 4-day workweek Minimal phone-only call (2 weekends per year and 1 weeknight every 2 months) H1B sponsorship available Compensation & Benefits $255,000–$355,000 base salary Uncapped wRVU bonus potential ($50,000–$70,000+ annually) Sign-on bonus and residency stipend options 6+ weeks paid time off Comprehensive health, dental, vision, and life insurance Loan repayment assistance Relocation package About the Health System 2,000+ providers 7 hospitals and 400+ care sites Serves 17,000 patients daily Stable, growing 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization Location Enjoy life in Connecticut with easy access to New York City and Boston, excellent schools, beautiful coastal communities, charming suburbs, and vibrant urban centers.
