Job Description

Schedule:
May 11, 18, 25 On going PRN -
Various AFC Locations Hours:
M-F:
8am to 8pm
Sat-Sun:
8am to 5pm
Clinical Details:
Standard Urgent Care procedures required (suture, splint, X-rays, etc)
Requirements:
Average 30-35 patients in a 12 hour day DOT is helpful but not required Looking for local providers only
No Mileage Reimbursement No Travel Reimbursement Support Staff:
RNs, MAs Full support staff
EMR:
Experity
