Emergency Medicine Nocturnist Lima, OH | $215.00 per hour | Full-Time, Dedicated Nights This is a full-time, dedicated night shift Emergency Medicine Nocturnist position at a community hospital emergency department in Lima, Ohio. The department sees approximately 28,000 patient visits annually, operates with a stable and experienced clinical staff, and maintains a structured, predictable night schedule. The role requires 1,456 clinical hours annually, spread across dedicated night coverage with APP overlap support during shift hours. Schedule Full-time, dedicated nights. Total required clinical hours are 1,456 annually. APP overlap coverage is provided during night hours to support patient throughput. Compensation $215.00 per hour for all clinical hours worked. What You'll Do As the on-site Emergency Medicine attending during night hours, you will have full clinical autonomy over patient care in the emergency department. The department is planning a future transition to AI-assisted scribing to further reduce charting burden, though the timeline for that transition has not been confirmed.
