Leading Regional Health System Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Family Medicine Physician (MD|DO) to join a well-established, hospital-employed primary care team in Northwest Ohio. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a supportive environment with a strong referral base, modern facilities, and a focus on quality patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care for patients of all ages. Collaborate with a team of experienced physicians, advanced practice providers, and clinical staff. Participate in hospital quality initiatives and care coordination efforts. Maintain accurate and timely patient records through EMR. Option to teach medical students and residents, if desired. Minimal call responsibilities; phone call only, shared equally among group.
Qualifications:
MD or DO degree from an accredited institution. Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine. Active or eligible for Ohio medical licensure. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Commitment to high-quality patient care and team collaboration.
