Required Skills:
Valid medical license to practice in Ohio Board-certified or board-eligible in Cardiothoracic Surgery Proven experience performing coronary artery bypass grafting (CABG), arterial revascularization, redo revascularizations, and valve surgeries Strong clinical judgment and decision-making abilities Excellent communication and teamwork skills Competence with EPIC electronic medical records system Ability to work flexible hours, including 24-hour call shifts Nice to
Have Skills:
Prior experience in hospital-based roundings and trauma settings Experience managing complex cardiac cases, including pericardial window procedures and heart valve repairs/replacements Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams and support staff
Preferred Education and Experience:
Medical degree from an accredited institution Fellowship in Cardiothoracic Surgery Minimum of 3 years of surgical experience in a hospital setting Active Ohio medical license; credentialing completed within 30 days
Other Requirements:
