COMPENSATION

Anesthesiologist:

$375

• 400/hour

CRNA:

$225

• 250/hour 1099 independent contractor Malpractice insurance covered (occurrence policy — no tail needed) Mileage reimbursed at IRS rate

SCHEDULE

You choose your days — no set schedule imposed Minimum 2 shifts per month, maximum 15 Standard day is 8 hours Ideal for providers looking to supplement their income

WHAT TO EXPECT

Straightforward pediatric dental cases CMAC available on site Collaborative, experienced dental team that knows how to work efficiently with anesthesia providers Well-organized office with strong clinical support staff Patients are pediatric — prior pediatric anesthesia experience preferred

REQUIREMENTS

Valid MD/DO or CRNA license in Ohio (or eligible) Experience in pediatric anesthesia strongly preferred Office-based or dental anesthesia experience a plus

PALS/ACLS

current Ability to work independently in an office-based setting
