Join Our Team at Avita Health System Avita Ontario HospitalAvita Health System is proud to serve the communities of Crawford and Richland counties through three hospitals and numerous clinic locations. Over the past few years, weve tripled in size, now employing over 2,300 team members and more than 200 physicians and advanced practitioners. Were currently seeking a dedicated Physician Office Manager to join our Health Services Department at our Ontario location.
Position OverviewResponsible for the management of staff and oversight of clinic operations; for the enforcement of clinic policies and procedures as well as managing the daily operations of the office while ensuring patient satisfaction and safety.
Ability to work with physicians in a collaborative manner.
Certified Medical Coder.
Certified Medical Office Manager.

What You Can Expect at

QualificationsRequired:
Five or more years of previous hospital experience in all aspects of business office functions.Ability to work with physicians in a collaborative manner.
Preferred:
Bachelors Degree in business management or related field.Certified Medical Coder.
Certified Medical Office Manager.
