Our team is seeking a skilled Physician Assistant to provide high-quality care in a Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation setting. This role focuses on pain management and functional recovery for patients in rehabilitation and post-acute environments, working collaboratively to enhance outcomes and quality of life.

Position Offers:

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive patient assessments focused on pain and functional status Develop and adjust individualized treatment plans in collaboration with the care team Perform interventional pain management procedures within scope of practice Manage and monitor medication plans for safety and effectiveness Coordinate care and assist with discharge planning across post-acute settings Document patient encounters and care plans accurately in the electronic health record Educate patients and families on treatment plans and recovery expectations

Qualifications:

Active Physician Assistant license Minimum of 1 year of experience with injections and IV therapies Strong clinical judgment and attention to detail Ability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary team Excellent communication and patient education skills
