Seva Medcare is recruiting a pain-focused physician to join our high-performing outpatient team in Tulsa, Oklahoma. This is a turnkey role with an established patient base, strong procedural volume, and a transparent pathway to ownership in year one.WHY PHYSICIANS ARE PAYING ATTENTION TO THIS ROLE
- $480,000 guaranteed base salary for the first year - not "up to," not RVU-dependent.
- Structured opportunity to BUY IN during year one, with a realistic path to $800,000+ in year two as a partner.
- No call. No weekends. No hospital work - ever.
- Predictable clinic schedule: most days 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM with a full one-hour lunch.
- Bread-and-butter interventional and non-interventional pain management - no ICU, no after-hours emergencies.

Seva Medcare is a multi-state pain management group with active locations in Oklahoma, Texas, and New Mexico. Our Tulsa site is a mature, efficient outpatient clinic designed around physician workflow. You walk into a system that has already solved the usual bottlenecks, so you can focus on patients and procedures - not paperwork and politics.KEY STRUCTURAL ADVANTAGES
- 100% outpatient pain management - NO hospital cases.
- On-site supervising Internal Medicine physician and experienced Nurse Practitioners handling much of the medication management.
- On-site toxicology lab to streamline monitoring, compliance, and patient safety.

- Leadership that understands pain management and invests in systems, not bureaucracy.
A TYPICAL DAY
- 8:00 AM - Start clinic; well-organized schedule with established patients and appropriate new consults.
- Mid-morning - Procedural block for bread-and-butter interventional pain.
- 12:00-1:00 PM - Protected, one-hour lunch.
- Afternoon - Follow-ups and med management collaboration with on-site IM and NPs.
- 4:00 PM - Head home.
COMPENSATION & PARTNERSHIP
- $480,000 base salary
