Job Description

Job Title:
Level 1 Physician•Primary care
Location:
Jay, OK 74346
Contract Duration:
07/06/26•11/01/26 (17-week contract with possible extension
Schedule:
8 am to 5 pm (Monday-Friday or 4x10-hour shifts)
Pay:
$130•145/hr. on 1099 Qualifications Board-certified physician with at least 1-year of recent Primary Care experience Active Oklahoma (OK) medical license Current ACLS, PALS, and BLS certifications Comfortable treating patients across all age groups Experience managing both acute and chronic conditions Flexible with scheduling, including availability for nights, weekends, and holidays NPDB report Malpractice disclosure and attestation Active OBNDD registration
