Maternal Fetal Medicine Opportunity in Lawton, Oklahoma Build a Regional High-Risk Program Join the only MFM program serving a large, underserved region in Southwest Oklahoma. Now supported by a consolidated hospital system and a unified referral network, this position offers a unique chance to build and lead a high-risk OB program with strong institutional backing. With no required call and full administrative support, you'll have the flexibility to design your practice model and clinical schedule. The role can be structured as consult-only or include a blend of general OB care, depending on your professional interests and long-term goals. Whether you are motivated by program development, regional impact, or practice flexibility, this position provides the infrastructure and freedom to create a role that truly fits your vision. Practice Overview Lead the development of a growing MFM program supported by 6 OB/GYNs, 4 NPs, and 100+ referring PCPs Option for consult-only practice with no deliveries or call responsibilities Imaging interpretation, amniocentesis, and fetal echo (in development) included in scope Strong hospital infrastructure with Level II NICU and ~140 deliveries/month across two campuses State-of-the-art facilities with Davinci robot and a combined 13 OR's across two campuses No regional competition and HUGE catchment area! Ability to co-manage difficult or unique cases with the University of Oklahoma - 40 min away Schedule Monday-Friday clinic hours with flexible template setup No required inpatient call or delivery coverage Onsite ultrasound availability daily; no outreach travel required Support from dedicated sonographers and part-time laborist coverage Ability to custom build out your own clinic with support staff and scheduling dedicated to your service line Compensation & Benefits Guaranteed base salary for the full duration of employment + amazing bonus potential! 75th-90th percentile earning potential Sign-on bonus and relocation assistance; loan repayment negotiable 30 days of PTO (includes CME and holidays) Full benefits package, retirement plan with employer contribution, and malpractice with tail Candidate Requirements Board-certified or board-eligible in Maternal Fetal Medicine Comfortable working independently to build and guide program strategy Open to consult-only or hybrid MFM/OB model (physician's choice) Passion for serving underserved populations in a growing regional health system Community & Location Highlights Lawton is home to Fort Sill, offering a strong sense of community and economic stability Cost of living ~25% below the national average Family-friendly neighborhoods, excellent schools, and abundant outdoor recreation One hour to Oklahoma City and under three hours to Dallas-Fort Worth Let's talk about how this opportunity can help you achieve your professional and personal goals.
