76 beds, closed ICU, no trauma designation
Group/support:
Goal is 3 MDs on per 24hr period and 1 APP working 12 hrs (typically 11-11)Requirements (boards, license): BC or BE, Oregon license, COVID vaccinatedProof of service approver:
