General Surgery Medical Director - Astoria, OR Seeking a general surgery physician leader to join our Astoria, Oregon group of experienced surgeons who provide general surgery care to patients in a community setting. Practice Details Seeking an innovative general surgery physician leader to launch and lead the da Vinci robotic surgery program, serve as the site program director for OHSU general surgery residents and lead the general surgery program Opportunity for growth as a clinical and administrative leader in a Clinical Associate or Academic track with OHSU employment and support. Balanced mix of dedicated OR and clinic time along with administrative time support to lead the robotic surgery program. Collaborative, established relationships with surgeons, oncology providers, radiologists, pathologists, hospitalists and primary care providers 1:4 General Surgery call while maintaining prompt offsite availability.
