With a strong network of providers, we prioritize delivering quality care in a community-focused environment. We are currently seeking a Non-Invasive Cardiologist to join our growing team! Highlights Opportunity to practice in a leading medical facility with a supportive environment Access to year-round outdoor activities in Bend, Oregon, known for its natural beauty and quality of life Achieve a healthy work-life balance with flexible scheduling accommodations Practice Setting The health system operates four adult acute-care hospitals, including a 292-bed Level II Trauma Center Join a team of 7 general cardiologists in an integrated care model, serving a rapidly growing community A heart & lung center with over 60 providers Outpatient clinic, inpatient rounding, and imaging (Echo & TEE required, Nuclear optional) Schedule 4-day workweek with flexible scheduling 1:7 weeknight call rotation, with hospitalists managing admissions Compensation and Benefits Competitive base salary with performance-based incentives, along with a sign-on bonus and relocation assistance Comprehensive benefits package, including paid malpractice with tail coverage, health, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance Retirement plan with a 6% employer match and a CME allowance PTO, 1 week CME, with additional increases after 3 and 10 years Location Perks Experience the perfect balance of work and play in Bend, known for its natural beauty and endless outdoor adventures year-round.
