Provides direct patient care within the scope of primary care medicine in an outpatient setting Effectively utilizes team based care model, leveraging expertise of all members of multi-disciplinary team 14 patients per day 3 FM and 3 NP team minimal phone call

Background Profile:

Board Certified or Board Eligible Medical Doctor or Doctor Osteopathy Active OR license is preferred but not needed
