Practice Highlights:
- Opportunity for a variety of Orthopedic cases o Including General, Sports, Total Joint, Upper Extremity and more

Primary Responsibilities:
- Clinic and surgical assist work
- Assisting the orthopedic surgeons in the clinic setting
- Conducting new and existing patient orthopedic examinations
- Developing treatment plans, adjusting and prescribing medications
- Performing in-clinic procedures, conducting pre-operative assessments
- Explaining the surgical procedure to the patient
- Assisting the orthopedic surgeon in the OR and conducting hospital rounds as needed

Required Qualifications:
- Must have previous orthopedics surgery experience
- Master's degree in nursing with advanced skills in physical assessment OR Possession of a Bachelor's degree, together with a certificate from completing an American Medical Association approved physician associate program
- Unrestricted licensure in the state of Oregon, or able to obtain
- Current OR DEA certificate required prior to start date
Preferred Qualifications:
- Minimum 2-3 years orthopedics surgery experience preferred
- Commitment to evidence-based practice The salary range for this role is $110,000 to $166,500 per year.
